Bengkulu has many tourism object one of it is Forth Malrborough....

Malborough fort is one of the Historical Tourism attractions in the city of Bengkulu. This fort is the second strongest fort in Madras India After the Citadel.

Fortress Marlborough was attacked and fell twice hands of his assailants, the first in 1719 by local rebels and the second in 1760 by a French naval fleet was passing by the waters of Bengkulu. In 1825 the fort was used by the Dutch until the arrival of the Japanese in 1942.
